Kenyan National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation - NACOSTI

NACOSTI aims to improve the quality of life of Kenyans by integrating science and technology in social and economic development. NACOSTI’s functions are to: Regulate, Assure Quality, Promote, Coordinate and Advise on Science, Technology, Innovation and Research.

In December 2018, NACOSTI joined TIP Africa Hub, a 1-year pilot project of the Consortium with two other African countries. The TIP Africa hub aims to promote transnational learning and experimentation across the region to address social and environmental challenges. NACOSTI has chosen to focus on nomadic education for their pilot case study.
