The position paper for the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium, Framing Innovation Policy For Transformative Change: Innovation Policy 3.0 (Schot and Steinmueller), is due to be published in 2018 by the journal, Research Policy. The Paper – ‘Deep Transitions: Emergence, Acceleration, Stabilization & Directionality (Schot & Kanger) – which forms part of the research programme for the TIPC 5 year programme, is also set to be published shortly.
