On the 18th April 2018, the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT) hosted a two-day workshop, signifying the start of their exploratory phase with TIPC. During the workshop, participants explored theories and ideas behind Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP), before identifying potential case studies of national and regional TIP in Panama.
