Jonas Torrens

Biography

Jonas Torrens is a postdoctoral researcher at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, University of Utrecht and Associate Faculty at the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex. He completed his PHD at SPRU in 2018. His primary interests are in the governance of urban low-carbon transitions. He has worked with the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium since 2016 and coordinated the 1st Eu-SPRI Winter School on Innovation Policy For Transformative Change.
