Marcia Cassitas Hino


Marcia Regina Martelozo Cassitas Hino is currently a post-doctoral fellow in Innovation and Sociotechnical Transition in Positivo University, with PhD in Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Master in Administration at Pontificia Universidade do Católica (PUC), MBA in Marketing at FGV, Post-graduation in Administration at Faculdade de Administração e Economia (FAE), Finance at FAE, System Engineering at PUC, and Didatic at PUC. She is professor of innovation and digital transformation at Parana State Industry Federation (FIEP), professor of IT governance in the public sector at Municipal Institute of Public Administration, and professor of research structuring at Getulio Vargas Fundation (FGV). During 2016 and 2018 she was coordinator of Research Center at Higher Institute of Administration and Economics (ISAE) and professor in professional master's degree in governance and sustainability at ISAE. In parallel with the academic career, she developed a successful corporate career in international banking institution with over 30 years of experience, working with risk management, big data, digital transformation, IT governance, audit and among other.
