The MOTION project is a collaboration between TIPC and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Knowledge and Innovation Community (EIT Climate-KIC). Through applying the TIPC methodology within a number of EIT Climate-KIC’s partner projects, MOTION strives to develop a community of practice and enhance capacity building in relation to monitoring, learning and evaluation (MEL) for transformative change.
