Latin American Hub

The Latin American Hub of the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium (TIPC) brings together nine organisations based in three Latin American countries in a joint venture to implement methodologies of experimental policy and formative evaluation developed in TIPC.  It aims at working with the ideas and methods of transformative innovation policy to build a new approach to science, technology and innovation policy relevant to address the significant challenges facing the region.

The Hub is a self-funded community of practice. Their members are Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, Universidad del Rosario, el Centro de Ciencia y Tecnología de Antioquia, Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Centro Interdisciplinario de Estudios sobre Desarrollo – CIDER de la Universidad de los Andes, Institución Universitaria ITM, Universidad del Valle, Universidad Iberoamericana de México and Universidad de Talca in Chile. Members will choose the arenas of work and intervention and will apply a common framework and methodology.

The Hub has a Spanish language website.
