The 2018 conference of the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium took place on 3-4 October
at the University of Sussex, hosted by the Science Policy Research Unit, and was attended by over
100 delegates from across the world. This report is a detailed compilation of the discussions and
presentations of all parallel sessions that took place at the conference. This report has been
compiled from session notes of scribes, and has been loosely edited in order to retain the rich nature
