We would like to propose a panel session that can be a space to demonstrate the learning materials we are developing within TIPC on South Africa, the other TIP Africa Hub countries (Ghana, Kenya and Senegal), and Latin America. The aim is to be a follow-up and to maintain momentum from TIP conferences that took place between September and December 2021, including for example, the South Africa Forum in October 2021. We hope to reflect on the role of TIPC in developing a global knowledge platform (and knowledge infrastructure) for the development of transformative innovation more broadly. We would like to generate a debate about the enabling role of TIPC as a platform, network, and methodological approach, comparing lessons learned across different policy and geographical contexts.
