Etienne is currently Director of Incubation and Businesses at Pontificia Catholic University of Valparaiso, Director of Node CIV-VAL and Director Science Up Consortium. He has 20 years of experience in project management innovation, entrepreneurship and technology transfer activities. He also has a PhD in Management Sciences of the University of Santiago, Chile. Chemical Engineer and master’s in Industrial Engineering the Pontificia Catholic University of Valparaiso.
